About
I’m a learning and development professional with 10+ years of experience designing and leading educational experiences across SaaS, cloud, enterprise tech, nonprofit, and manufacturing environments. I specialize in translating complex technical products and processes into experiences people can actually use—and measuring their effectiveness. While my foundation is in instructional design, my work extends into cloud infrastructure, DevOps workflows, and large language models, connecting learning content with the systems that support it. I’ve led cross-functional teams using Agile, partnered closely with SMEs, and built e-learning, instructor-led, and blended solutions that drive real outcomes.
At the core, I don’t think in terms of content. I think in systems and experiences. I’m driven by curiosity and a tendency to chase unconventional ideas, making complex or experimental concepts accessible by diving deep, breaking things, rebuilding them, and documenting the path for others. I’m currently exploring where strategy meets hands-on creation, pushing beyond traditional instructional design to build things that are not just effective, but unexpected. Additionally, I’m a General Class amateur radio operator and a big fan of movies.
